How to Choose a Font for Your Label
No label is complete without a font that fits your brand's image. Luckily, Avery's free Design & Print Online software has plenty of font options for you to choose from. Simply start by asking yourself: "How do I want my label to feel?"
Simple, elegant and sophisticated
Consider fonts that are both orderly and classic, with narrow (but legible!) line, such as Lora, BodoniAnt or Garamond/Garamond Italic.
Earthy and artisanal, with a slightly rustic vibe
Look for fonts with a loose, "handwritten" quality such as Wating for the Sunrise, Homemade Apple or Patrick Hand.
Playful and personable
Opt for more high-spirited fonts with oscillating highs and lows, plenty of curves, and a hint of embellishment - fonts such as Lakki Reddy, Princess Sofia or Pacifico
A bit edgy.
Opt for a font that feels eclectic such as Amatic, Special Elite or Sue Ellen Francisco
Modern and bold.
Consider more angular, industrial-style fonts, with a uniform structure, such as Raleway, Gill Sans or Open Sans
